How hypnosis work?

The use of hypnosis focus client on important aspects of their experience that can help understand and addressing the root cause of any underlying issue or problem by accessing to memories and feelings long outside of the conscious awareness.

  • Hypnosis is not sleep.

  • Clients are focused, conscious, alert but in a relaxed, focused state using mental imagery and soothing verbal repetition.

  • Highly responsive to constructive messages. recognize problems, release negative thoughts or responses.

  • Importantly, the client is not under anyone's control; instead, they learn to address their states of awareness independently and gain greater control over their physical and psychological responses.

  • Trauma is a psychic injury, stored into our nervous system, mind, and body lasting long past the originating incident(s), triggerable at any moment.

  • Hypnosis help solve the root causes of the traumas or triggers by purely of the power of suggestion.

Is hypnotherapy for me?

The difference between hypnotherapy and counselling?

Hypnotherapy

  • Delves deeper into the subconscious mind to facilitate transformation at a subconscious level.

  • It involves guided relaxation and focused attention to access and engage with subconscious thoughts, beliefs, and memories.

  • Resolve issues concerning the body, mind, relationships, and spirituality.

  • Takes a holistic view, recognizing our drive toward wholeness and a fuller intuitive experience of spirit.
