"IMAGINATION IS EVERYTHING." Albert Einstein

HYPNOTHERAPY

Understanding Hypnosis

Hypnosis is not sleep. Clients remain conscious, alert, and focused—yet deeply relaxed. Using mental imagery and calming verbal repetition, hypnosis helps create a state where the mind is highly receptive to constructive suggestions.

In this state, clients can:

  • Recognize problems more clearly

  • Release negative thoughts or responses

  • Reshape unhelpful habits into healthier patterns

  • Importantly, hypnosis does not place anyone under control. Instead, clients learn to manage their own states of awareness and gain greater influence over both physical and psychological responses.

Hypnotherapy helps with..
  • Childhood trauma

  • Post - traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

  • Stress and anxiety disorders

  • Anger management

  • Pain Management - Physical and emotional

  • Fears & phobias management

  • Addiction - Changing or stopping habits

  • Improve confidence & Self esteem

  • Self - sabotage

  • Relationship issues

  • Family issues

  • Workplace issues

  • Improve focus

  • Past life regression

  • Future progression

Is hypnotherapy for me?

Hypnotherapy may be for anyone with an open mind although some people are more susceptible to hypnotic suggestion than others. However, it may not be safe for individuals with severe mental illness, for those diagnosed with mental disorder.
